Our Story
Lisa was seeking relief in the form of a Body Code session when she found Laurea online. When they worked together for the first time, it was an immediate vibe, right from the start. The two became close friends, found they were energy healing “soul sisters,” and come together now as podcast partners.
Our goal in this endeavor is to support others in the frequently challenging, sometimes isolating, and always rewarding spiritual growth journey. Wherever you are on your path, we are here for it. We are creating a community of seekers and explorers, raising the collective consciousness through conversations related to our own personal and professional experiences, as well as those of guest authors, practitioners, and experts.

Laurea Tweedy is a Certified Belief, Body, and Emotion Code Practitioner through Discover Healing, and Certified Healing Spectrums for Health and Wholeness Facilitator.
Always led by Spirit, Laurea works in compassion, love, and grace with her clients, offering hope and healing to those suffering from trauma, physical ailments, trapped emotions, structural misalignments, and heart walls. Her soul gifts also include animal communication, channeling, intuitive readings, and psychic mediumship. Additionally, Laurea is able to read and interpret past lives, while deciphering how these can influence and inform us in the present tense. Partnering with her clients in bringing balance to “the Big 6” (Mind, Body, Spirit, Heart, Soul, Psyche) is foundational to their relationship.
Laurea lives in the Indigenous land of the Washoe Tribe in Northern Nevada where she practices her own self-care in the mountains of her high desert home. Taking full advantage of nature and wildlife, embracing the “Spirit of the Earth”, this is where she finds her greatest healing, among the Wild Horses, and in all assorted outdoor adventures and activities, including hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, paddleboarding, and the occasional round of poorly played golf.
Laurea dedicates herself to the healing of Earth and Universe through her devotion to her own spiritual growth, as well as that of her clients. She considers herself more spiritual than religious, and is deeply committed to her relationship with Source, her children and their spouses, and, of course, their dogs.

Lisa Mechler,
RTY500, RPYT, CCC-SLP
Lisa Mechler, RYT500, RPYT, CCC-SLP is a Reiki master, registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), mom and animal lover in California. She lives in the indigenous land of the Ohlone people, currently known as the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. She offers her clients a personalized combination of yoga, somatics, breathwork, meditation and Reiki to help them explore and strengthen the innate connection between body, mind, heart, and Spirit, allowing them to live from a place of freedom and authenticity.
Her teachings offer a unique blend of knowledge and expertise, including 8 years of experience working with patients in acute care hospitals. Her familiarity with various medical conditions, neurological diagnoses, anatomy & physiology of the pulmonary system, and the musculoskeletal system, paired with well-rounded yogic and reiki training and personal practice exploration, allows her offerings to honor the whole person.
Lisa received her Master’s in Communicative Disorders in 2009 from San Francisco State University, and she completed her 200-hour yoga training with Shambhava Yoga Konalani in 2016. She received her certificate in Prenatal Yoga from Jeanna Lurie and Hillary Easom of Lotus Blossom Prenatal Yoga in 2019 and completed an additional 300 hours of training with Amy Ippoliti of Vesselify School of Yoga in 2022. She received her Reiki master certification in August 2024 with Lynn Blos of Healed by the Light after years of benefiting from the practice. As a teacher and life-long student, Lisa is devoted to continued learning and studying to honor the traditions of these practices and to better serve her clients.
